This recipe was inspired by Lucie Sedliska, our dear friend from Prague.
For 6-8 persons
4 salmon’s slices (as on picture)
1 red onion
1 lemon ( or more)
Coriander or dill ( optional)
Black olives or caper berries ( optional)
Green salad or rucola for decoration ( optional)
Cut salmon in small thin cubes. Add lemon jus to marinate. Cut onion and capsicum in very small pieces. Add to salmon and mix all ingredients including the optionals. Add salt ( carefully if you add also caper berries)
Serve on the ” bed” of rucola or green salad, or on bred, whatever your imagination is!
It is very fresh and light meal, served with white wine in good company is success guaranteed!
