Capsicum Whole wheat Pasta






Easy, fast and healthy recipe.

6 capsicums ( red, orange, yellow)
1 red ( or white) onion
Olive oil
Grated parmesan

Put spoon of olive oil in the pan, fry the onions. Cut the capsicum in slices and add it to the pan. Add half glass of water ( or bouillon) and cover. Add little bit of turmeric and Let get soft ( 20 min). In the mean time cook the whole wheat pasta all dente.

Combine pasta and capsicum on the plate, add parmesan ( optional).

Enjoy your colourful lunch!
